As busy as the lebah

I hope I haven't been gone too long! Hee. Last week was too hectic! So many things to settle over the week; bidding Goodbyes to the old batch & Holla the new batch of students to the team was part of it :( I'll definitely miss those bunch! such great students to work with. I hope I can bond well with this new batch. *fingers cross* :p we'll see...Also, handling an event for the first time is no joke! Was literally running about first thing in the morning this week! I really thought I would collapse! hah. but Thank God, HE gave me strength. & Alhamdullillah, everything went well :)

Nonetheless, no matter how packed my schedule was during the weekdays, I still had a jolly molly good time with the friends over the weekends((: We had a for-fun-no-purpose photoshoot somewhere in punggol & changi. pretty bad choice actually cause both places were 'close' and we only had to take few shots outside the area. what we got in return was countless mosquito bites on the legs!

Note to ourselves: insect repellent is a MUST for an outdoor shoot!

yet another lovely weekend I had(:

Jack's 21st birthday dinner this time. dinner was at F.I.S.H. @ 313 Somerset. food was nice but service was reaaally bad. like totally! we spent 2 hrs at the restaurant itself; half the time waiting for our food to be served. it took us less than 1/2hr to gobble all in -.- but no doubt, it was a pretty short& sweet surprise for Mr jackson here. I bet he was really touched though he avoid the unnecessary tearings. hehe. Happy Birthday, Jack! I wanna upload the videos here but I can't! grrr. It was really funny! they made him climb on the chair; waiter announced to the whole restaurant that it was his birthday and everyone (yes, they stop eating) sang him the birthday song. hahaha.

& earlier on, did a short window-shopping with them, friends. wanted to get my makeup bases but I really can't decide which brand to use. the brushes are individually sold. SO expensive! 1 hour was definitely not enough to get what I needed. I'm fickled too, you see. So, it turned out to be just browsing, for me(: if u're wondering, this is not for my personal use.
I have big dreams. I'm gonna start slowly now (: heee.

waited for Alif before heading to sakura for their dinner. They went to NUH to visit dear friend, shak, who had a ~~tragic~~ incident while jogging the day before. Poor boy. Just to avoid a cyclist from banging into him, he jumped across a big longkang, missed his step, and fell in. It was pretty serious, from the way the rest described it. his wound was deep, (he saw his own bone!) and he had to go for an op. so there. he waited more than 9 hrs for his op. no food, except for the glucose they feed him through tube. must be torturous! :c

have a speedy recovery Shakir!
you can jog whenever, wherever you want after that. Just avoid places with cycling apeks. hehe

oh, Monday's coming :{ me not looking forward to next week! too busy, too many things to settle! may the week pass fast and hello weekends again!

oh my happypils.

I missed AnugeraHitz but twitter have been helpful with updates[: our 2 friends clinched the best duo/group award. Congratulation, Sleeq! & kak sarah got the New Artiste award. ok, smthg like that. yayyy. happy for both! :))

Indeed, it has been awhile since we met up. As pretty last minute as it is, we managed to squeeze our time out for dinner and lepak. had dinner at our fav. ayam penyet ria & off to arab st for shisha. Lucky, my two lady friends drive now. It's much easier to move around. hee. Thank you ladies! Though we reached the place rather early (it was only what, 8plus?), getting a good spot wasn't easy. Too many people! so rimas! Saturday, durh~
so, after literally roaming around for good 1/2hr, we finally settled at Amirali's Grill (used to be Amirah's grill) The place's change quite a bit, since the last time I went. even the name sounds weirder. hah I almost didn't recognize it. but, it's definitely a nice place to be. The guest room we got was spacious; enough sofas, pillows, tables...complete with tv and aircon. But! they were never on -.- since, err the rest were smoking shisha and well apparently, the TV's just there? we have to pay to use it? 0.o weirddd.
since most of the boys live in woodlands, we decide to head down there for awhile to lepak again before heading home. It's cute how they name the place Teletubies Hill. hahaha. I had no idea what they were talking about til we reached there. lol

anyway, luck was on our side. pheww! We got home pretty late actually & lucky enough, dad didn't stay up like he normally would. heh. so no sneaking in last night. Line clear! Line clear!
