Hello you(:

It's coming to the end of my weekend again & back to work tmr. I'm getting use to this phase already. Alhamdulillah. No more complaining going home after 6pm cause sometimes, I delayed myself on purpose. haha I just don't wanna rush things.. you know, I can be pretty forgetful. So, I'll make sure I've prepare what to do for the next day before leaving the office. heh
No more books to look into, except for the (piles of) files & documents at work. No more lessons to attend, except for attending to the students [everyday]. Talking about students, they and the printing shop auntie though I'm a new lecturer there. haha, wow. Do I look like one? auntie didn't even recognize me though I used to print my projects stuffs there every sem.
and then the students. haha I've been receiving alot 'cher' (in short for teacher) here and there. "morning cher" or "bye, cher" I don't even call the lecturers 'cher' when I was a student. haha something new. hee. I think I like what I'm doing now(: Workload; hah no doubt sometimes, it's just too much to handle. but being around the students, sometimes makes me happy. It's easier to get along with them than the staff! hah cause like I've mentioned, there isn't much of an age gap between us. and so, I still have to remind myself not to get too close with them. Afterall, I am their supervisor :) cehhh.
In 3 weeks time, new batch of students are coming in. I'll be busy preparing for the handover and briefings. I'm a little nervous of cause, since this will be my 1st briefing sessions. :s No. I refuseee to believe this is like normal presentations in school. I hated presentations anyway. So, giving briefings is no different. It's normal that I get nervous, right? :c talking about nervous, I'll have to give a short intro about myself during our staff meeting, sometime in mid-april. *bite nails* me no likey! I hope I don't say anything silly. Lady boss already revealed my passion for makeup in her mass email to the whole staff, during my 1st week at work. [that was pretty embarrassing btw!] now, I gotta think of something else to talk about. ideas, ideas. I need ideas!
okay, I shall not Think about this already.
And so tmr, I'll be left alone to run the show. I mean, my partner is on a week break (no fair!) and boss will be away til wed. (Others well, I don't really communicate with them, unless necessary.) I hope students behave and lady boss don't give me a hard time :s
Don't worry, seha. This week gonna pass real fast! oh, I hope!

anyway, kakak's 25th birthday tomorrow! what shall we do? hmmm :\ IDEAS!

I love my off day & I love this drama series :) :) spent the day watching 4 episodes of it [season 5 only] & I have the urge of watching 2 more episodes later before bed. hee.

had lunch earlier on, with Dee at hougang point. After 2 weeks not having macD (I know right. amazing!) I had a gooood Mcspicy meal. yay! so like usual, we talk about almost anything...alot of side-tracking, here and there...& our topic on having a good holiday came up again. we're still craaaving to go somewhere (anywhere!) together, by flight! haha yes. we are that hopeful. 1st-timer lorrr. not everyone's lucky to have (rich) family to sponsor holidays & travel everywhere or anywhere by plane. ah, now I'm making us sound so pathetic :|
anyway, we must make this happen! after all Uni students are done with exams (prolly end of may) we'll go on a short trip somewhere. So neni dayana, diana zalani & nursahara kamsani, let's plan our holiday after your exams! :) I'm sure I can talk this out with dad too (: It's time I travel somewhere further than just malaysia with him. haha
I would love to go on a trip with my pondokians too. It's be sooo much fun! only thing is, it requires more planning with them due to the fact that most of the guys are serving/going to NS. but it'll be cool if we plan something this year (:

Right.. I shall boast about the trip(s) again when it's actually happening -.-
For now, my focus should be on the new role I'm in. But Thank goodness, I think I'm settling in well in the new environment. I'm still in the learning process but everyone's kind enough to give their support and guidance. It's awkward handling the students [due to the fact that there isn't much of an age gap between me & them] but I think I'm beginning to like it. I just have to learn to be more stern at times, when I need to.

okay, I shall leave the blog now & back to my Grey's Anatomy. I promise just 1 episode before I turn in. an early morning awaits.

I know I'm pretty slooow coz this book has been out since 2008 & I only know it existed this year. oh please, I'm no fan of books. thus, no visiting to such book stores; borders/kino unless accompanying friends. but this doesn't mean I don't read. It's just that, I don't find reading as much fun as going shopping?? haha you feel me non bookworms?

Since I started this new job, I've no time to even visit tumblr :( I miss reading those quotes, looking at those beautiful photos by others or reblog any entries that interest me. I miss being free at work. Hah. anyway, I'm coping well with things at work, alhamdullillah. I'm lucky I still have my colleague around to help me with anything since I'm taking over her job. so far, everyone has been cooperative and none has cross the line or gotten on my nerves yet. I hope not!

Friday's coming & weekends are here again. yay.

Despite being too tired and having backaches 3days in a row, I still dragged my weak body through the massive crowds at suntec for the IT fare. I wanna avoid the crowd for the next 2 days! Friday itself was already infested with people! haha like pest like that, infested -.-
I left work rather late as I've got to settle some stuffs and the ex-boss conned me on staying late. grrr. She came rushing to my office; asking me more than 5 times if I'll be staying back til like 7. Kanchiong giler! I think she's scared being left alone at that quiet place. well, she's lucky I'm just opp.! Then, after I've agreed, she changed her mind and decided to just come to work early on monday to continue her pending jobs and left me behind -.- gini punya orang pon ade. but, I brave la haha. that was the 2nd time I was left alone in the office, anyway. That place can be quite eerie when it gets dark. So, I left before 7pm la. hehe not takot, but for my own safety. everyone usually leave sch 6-630. If I leave later & anything happen to me (touch wood!), who's gonna help? true? :)

anyway, I got myself an MP4 from creative at quite a good price. happy! and today, we went shoe-shopping at Charles&Keith warehouse sale! It was total madness! people pushing and squeezing in between me & friends or simply just being too rude [referring to the salesperson)] lucky no one stepped on my feet or I swear I'll scream at the top of my lungs! haha we were annoyed with some of them but we brushed it off and made ourselves happy by grabbing as many shoes, bags and accessories that catches the eye. I've got myself 2 gorgeous heels, 3 belts & 1 handbag. heeee! though, I had to say bye bye to 2 other heels & bag, I'm satisfied!

so, sunday should be a rest day. Time to recharge ! I'm all gear up for what's gonna come next week. 50% more of the hand over. well, I should be even if I'm not!
yes. whatever I'm doing now is just half of everything that I'm gonna take on for the rest of my contract period.

Pretty hectic week I must say. 1st week of my new job and I'm already feeling the pressure :{ Hand over done over 2 days and work starts right away, which got me busy all day (everyday!). Way lots of work to do & I thought I was prepared for this :x I'm not complaining laa. I'm still trying to adapt to this new environment (as in working with new bosses/colleagues). I'm hoping I'll get the hang of it, fast. I'm sure my official email (which I'll be getting soon, I hope!) gonna be bombarded with emails from colleagues & clients for my attention. I foresee myself spending whole day just clearing the emails -.-

anyway, my break last week was rather relaxing. (photos up on FB so you'll probably know what I was up to the whole week) Other than going out with the friends, I very much enjoyed waking up late and spending my time at home; catching up on Cougar Town, Grey's Anatomy and online movies. oooh, I wished the break was longer! :(
But, back to reality..With this new role, there's no such thing as waking up late (except for the weekends). I get nervous when I don't reach work before 830am. haha Can you believe it? A new Seha in town ;] must set good example to students! hehehe
and booo. no more chatting during office hour. no time for that. I'm always moving. Today alone, I've been going up and down umpteen times; from office to class to admin, back to office then to class/admin and the cycle continues... work piled up along the way and I just gotta keep up with the pace. I was literally panting! It's already tough to communicate w/o the official email. I'm hoping I get it by tomorrow. If not, I'll have to spend the whole on monday next week, just to go through the hundreds of emails that came in. (I really think it's that lot!)
